We provide the capability to manage the offer process online and can easily incorporate your company's specific verbiage and business rules or manual process steps as needed or desired. This process includes the creation and distribution of the offer letter package and electronic acceptance by your potential new hire.

Offer letters are automatically generated based on your business rules. Each letter includes only those items related to the specifics of each job including salary, bonus, stock options, benefits, relocation package, etc. Additionally, required documents are automatically selected and included in the offer package. Types of documents include relocation repayment agreement, stock option agreement, non-compete and non-solicit agreement, and corporate policies and employee handbooks.
