Notice about Drugtec Systems Inc.

Notice

It has been brought to my attention that there are rumors in the marketplace that Drugtec is no longer a Canadian Company. I feel that it is my personal obligation to each of our clients to dispel any and all such rumors. When the owners of Drugtec Systems Inc. decided to sell the shares of our company to Verifications, Inc., there were certain criteria that had to be met.

1. Drugtec Systems Inc. would remain an Alberta Corporation with all requirements of the Alberta Corporations Act adhered to. This was achieved with Frances Jackson Dover remaining as a Director and the President of the corporation.

2. There would be no termination of Drugtec employees. As well, an aggressive plan would be put in place to upgrade the level of competency of our employees. To date a Director of Business Development and a new Business Development Specialist have been hired to operate from our Calgary location. They are both Canadian citizens.

3. An extremely sophisticated computer tracking system copyrighted by Verifications Inc. will be installed at Drugtec Systems in the next few weeks and will result in better and faster service to our clients.

Finally, the single share holder of Verifications Inc. is a Canadian. Curtis Marks was born in Winnipeg, Manitoba and retains his Canadian citizenship. Our wishes were to form two distinct organizations, one in Canada and one in the United States; each operating under the laws of our respective jurisdictions for the benefit of our customers. Drugtec Systems Inc. is, always has been and will remain a Canadian company.

For more than 18 years Drugtec Systems has formed very important business relationships with our clients.
